The Clarke’s Court distillery has many years of experience in producing and blending rum.
#37 (8 Year aged) is a very special blend, aged in oak barrels for 5 years, then returned to the wood for a further 3 year period for a second maturation.
This double maturation is responsible for its’ exceptional smoothness and rich exotic fruity flavour. So smooth it can be enjoyed neat or with ice.
